About

Dr Roneil Parikh is an Australian-trained Breast, Endocrine and General Surgeon. He specialises in the surgical management of breast disease and thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal conditions, with particular expertise in minimally invasive adrenal surgery, neck dissection, and oncoplastic breast surgery.

Working across the public and private healthcare sectors, Dr Parikh holds appointments at Concord Repatriation General Hospital and Macquarie University and Strathfield Private Hospital. He is actively involved in multidisciplinary care and regularly contributes to the collaborative management of patients with breast cancer and complex endocrine conditions.

In addition to his subspecialty practice, Dr Parikh has extensive experience in elective and emergency general surgery. He provides evidence-based, compassionate and individualised care, guiding patients from their initial consultation through surgery and postoperative recovery.

Background

Dr Roneil Parikh completed his specialist General Surgical training in New South Wales and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2023. He then undertook fellowships in Surgical Oncology at Prince of Wales Hospital and Breast and Endocrine Surgery at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.

He further specialised in thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgery through a Senior Clinical Fellowship at Oxford University Hospitals in the United Kingdom. In 2026, he was awarded Fellowship of the European Board of Surgery in Neck Endocrine and Adrenal Surgery (FEBS).

Dr Parikh is also a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney and contributes to surgical education and research. In 2026, Dr Parikh was awarded the Fellowship of the European Board of Surgery in Neck Endocrine and Adrenal Surgery (FEBS), reflecting advanced training and expertise in endocrine surgery.

Dr Parikh is actively involved in surgical education and research. He serves as a Clinical Lecturer with the University of Sydney He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and presented his research at national and international surgical conferences.
